Hiring COLAB Venues
Looking for a space to host your performance, event, rehearsal or meeting?
COLAB Venues has seen over 60,000 people grace our doors per year in a variety of venues. Previously hired by the likes of Immersive Gatsby, Parabolic Theatre, and Coney.
COLAB Tavern is available to be hired for events; whether immersive, office hire, or rehearsal space.
Please note we are currently closed for the Lockdown period but are happy to talk about a future hire of our space.
COLAB TAVERN
Previously known as the King William Pub, this disused London venue has been renovated into an exciting new immersive theatre space.
Currently the home to Crooks 1926, COLAB Tavern can host up to 100 people standing and has a working bar. On a COVID-19 scale and socially distanced, the venue can fit up to 35 people.
Situated in Southwark, the venue is a short walk from both Borough and Elephant and Castle stations.

What are your hire rates?

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Full payment for the hiring must be ensured prior to the first date of the event. For more information on this, please get in touch.
Do I need to sign a contract?
We do require a contract to be signed prior to the using of the space. This ensures the safety of the hire and allows for terms and conditions to be met and arranged.
What kind of event can I hire your space for?
We specialise in Immersive Theatre but are open to other event hires. We’re particularly interested in escape games.
Do you offer any support during the hiring of the space?
If you are hosting an immersive event, we can offer marketing support via our social media pages for the event. We are happy to sit down with your marketing team to work out a strategy for your event.
Can you provide technicians?
Given notice, we are able to provide Front of House, Bar Staff and technicians for an event. This will be charged additionally to the hire.

Can I visit the space?
We are more than happy to show you around the space. During the current COVID-19 lockdown, we are unable to allow anyone into the space, but can show you around virtually via a video guided tour or call. Please get in touch if you’d like to view COLAB Tavern.
Is the building wheelchair accessible?
We’re afraid that COLAB Tavern does not have any wheelchair access.
